- Permanent - 2234 The organisation We are seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Architecture & Effectiveness Advisor to support job evaluation, organisational design, job architecture and strategic workforce planning within a large international organisation. The role combines hands-on job grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology with strategic advisory responsibilities aimed at improving organisational structures, workforce effectiveness and resource planning. Responsibilities
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluations and grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, job families, job ladders and career pathways.
- Advise on organisational structures, reporting lines, accountabilities and spans of control.
- Support strategic workforce planning, including staffing levels, capacity, productivity and workforce costs.
- Develop workforce scenarios and analyse organisational and people data to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders and other stakeholders to ensure consistent job architecture and evaluation standards.
- Provide recommendations on organisational effectiveness, workforce optimisation and skills requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in job evaluation and grading using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
- Experience in job architecture, organisational design and job description development.
- Knowledge of strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and advisory skills.
